Management for swim clubs

Your swim club, organized in one place

Attendance, fees, meet entries, training and team results, with your club's identity.

When the club grows, the spreadsheet can't keep up

What usually slows down a swim team's day to day.

Spreadsheets and chat for everything

Attendance, fees and announcements scattered across spreadsheets and groups. Nobody knows which version is right.

Meet entries on the fly

Entry lists, meet bulletins and athlete replies travel by message, and someone always forgets to confirm.

Results without context

The coach sees the time, but not attendance, training and the athlete's progress in the same place.

What your club gets

Each club turns on only the modules it needs.

Team and groups

Athlete profile, age category and the groups that attendance, entries and training use.

Attendance

Daily roll call per group, monthly frequency and each athlete's history.

Fees

Plans, monthly billing, payment tracking and who is overdue.

Documents

Medical certificate, consent and medical form with validity and expiry alerts.

Announcements

Club messages to coaches, families and athletes, with read confirmation.

Meet entries

Entry list, attached bulletin and athlete reply, without chasing anyone.

Training and dryland

Session training plans, swum volume, intensity zones and dryland training.

Results and rankings

Best times of the year, club records and athlete comparison, event by event.

Today's alerts

What needs action today on one screen: expiring documents, overdue fees, repeated absences and unanswered entries.

Cuts and standards

The club's per-event standard decides who goes to each meet, with set spots.

How it starts

No installation and no long project.

  1. 1

    Chat and demo

You tell us how the club works today and see the system in use.

  2. 2

We set up your club's space

Its own address, with the club's name, colors and logo.

  3. 3

    We invite your staff

Coaches and staff get an email invitation and choose their own password.

  4. 4

    Club up and running

Athletes, groups and routine go into the system and the club starts using it.

Built for the club's day to day

Looks like your club

The club's name, colors and logo, at an address like yourclub.swimapp.com.br.

Data only your club sees

One club's attendance, fees and documents never show up for another club.

Care with minors

Most athletes are minors. Achievements reward what the athlete did, never a children's performance ranking, and image use requires authorization.

Frequently asked questions

It depends on the club's size and the modules it uses. Request a demo and we'll send a proposal.

Do I need to install anything?+

Can I use only some modules?+

Yes. Each club turns on only what it needs, and the rest stays off.
